.不定式作表语表示主语的具体内容、目的等,从时间概念上说一般表示将来的动作。例:Heronlywishistohaveajobinanoffice.【注意】在下列情况中,作表语的不定式可以省略to:例:AllIwanttodonowis(to)drinksomewater.在例句中,主语部分含有实义动词do(包括do的其他形式),而且往往含有all,thefirst等表示“所有,第一”等概念的词语或what引导的主语从句。在这种情况下,作表语的不定式可以省略to。2 .“不定式作表语”和表将来的“be+不定式”结构是两个不同的概念,不可混淆。3
