General该工程管道规格为D3300mmxl6mm和D3500mmx6mm,材质为:A283C,规定所有对接焊缝进行超声波检测,其他焊缝进行磁粉检测或液体渗透检测,超声波检测应符合ASME第8部分第1条附件U依J规定,磁粉检测应符合ASMEE109FrJ规定。SpecificationsofpipeinthisprojectareD3300mm×16mmandD3500mm×6mm,materialqualityis:A283C,requiringultrasonictesting(UT)forallbuttweld,magneticparticletesting(MT)orliquidpenetranttesting(PT)forotherweld,ultrasonictesting(UT)shallconformtorequirementsinClause1Section8ofAnnexU,magneticparticletesting(MT)shallconformtorequirementsofASMEE109.2超声波检测工艺2 UltrasonicTestingTechnics2.1 本措施采用A型脉冲反射式数字超声探伤仪对承压部位的所有对接焊接接头进行超声波检测。2.2 ButtweldjointforcompressionpositionshallbeultrasonictestedbyA-modedigitalultrasonicflawdetectorusingpulseechotechniqueduringthistechnique2.3 对详细的产品需要制定详细口勺检测方案,按程序规定进行审批和实行。2.4 测的一般措施2.12 Generaltechniqueofinspection2.12.1 测复盖率:检测时探头的每次扫查复盖应不小于探头直径的15%。Inspectioncoveragerate:scanningcoverageofprobewheninspectshallbemorethan15%ofprobediametereachtime.2.12.2 头的移动速度:探头的扫查速度不得超过150mm/SoTravellingspeedofprobe:scanningspeedofprobeshallbenotmorethan150mms.2.12.3 用机油、浆糊、甘油和水等透声性好,且不损伤检测表面的耦合剂。Engineoil,paste,glycerolandwateretc.shallbewellpermeabilitytoultrasoundandcouplantshallnotdamageinspectedsurface.2.12.4 测面确实定,应保证工件被检部分均能得到充足检查。Inspectedworkpieceshallbeinspectedinsufficientduringdetermineofinspectionsurface.2.12.5 测面应经外观检查合格,所有影响超声检测的锈蚀、飞溅、污物都应予以清除,其表面粗糙度应符合检测规定。Inspectionsurfaceshallbequalifiedbyappearanceinspection,rustcorrosionanddirtshouldbeclearedawaytomakesurfaceroughnesscorrespondingtorequirementsofinspection.2.13 Calibration2.13.1 准应在原则试块上进行,校准中应使超声主声束垂直对准反射体的反射面,以获得稳定的和最大的反射信号。Standardtestblockshallbecalibrated,reflectingsurfaceofreflectorwhichultrasonicmainbeamverticallyaimsat,toobtainstableandmaximumreflectedsignals.2.13.2 声波检测规定1.8 Ultrasonictestingrequirements1.8.1 一般用两种K值探头采用直射波法和一次反射波法在焊接接头的单面双侧进行检测。GenerallysignalsideandbilateralofweldingjointshallbeinspectedusingstraightbeamtechniqueandprimaryreflectedwavetechniquewithtwokindsofKvalueprobe.1.8.2 应进行横向缺陷的检测。检测时将探头放在焊缝及热影响区的两侧作两个方向的平行扫查。Inspectionoflateraldefect.Wheninspectingprobeshallbelocatedattwosidesofweldandheataffectedzone,todoparallelscanoftwodirections.1.8.3 缺陷评估1.10 Assessmentofdetect1.10.1 过参照反射体的信号应注意其与否具有裂纹等危害性缺陷特性,如有怀疑时,应采用变化探头折射角、观测动态波型并结合焊接工艺作综合分析。Exceedsignalofreferencereflector,noticeifthereishazardflawcharacteristicsuchasflaw,ifindoubt,conductcomprehensiveanalysiswithchangingrefractedangleofprobe,observingdynamicwavefromandcombinedwithweldtechnics.1.10.2 MagneticParticleInspection3.1 本工艺合用于铁磁性材料焊缝表面及近表面的磁粉检测。3.2 Themagneticparticleinspectionshallbeapplicableforflawdetectionofweldsandtheadjacentsurfaceoftheferromagneticmaterials.3.3 检测工艺卡由磁粉检测11级人员按协议规定编制。3.4 TheinspectionproceduresheetsshallbepreparedbypersonswithGradeIIqualificationsformagneticparticleinspection.3.5 检测人员3.6 设备、工具和材料3.8 Equipment,ToolsandMaterials磁化设备MagneticEquipment采用便携式磁粗磁化探伤机Portablemagneticyokedetectorshallbeusedfor(hetest.敏捷度试片TestPieceforSensitivity选用CX-230或CX-430薄试片,敏捷度试片用于被检工件表面有效磁场强度和方向、有效检测区以及磁化措施与否对於JH勺测定。磁化电流应能使试片上显示清晰FT、J磁痕。AthintestpieceCX-230orCX-430shallbeusedfordeterminingiftheefficientintensityanddirectionofmagneticfield,theefficientinspectionzoneandthemagnetizationmethodonthepartsurfacesubjecttoinspectionisincompliancewithrequirements.Themagnetizationcurrentshallhavemagneticparticleclearlyindicatedonthetestpiece.磁场指示器IndicatorofMagneticField磁场指示器是一种用于表达被检工件表面磁场方向、有效检测区以及磁化措施与否对的)的一种粗略的校验工具,但不能作为磁场强度及其分布的定量指示。Theindicatorofmagneticfieldisaroughcalibrationtooltodetermineifthedirectionofmagneticfield,theefficientinspectionzoneandthemagnetizationmethodiscorrect,butshallnotbereferredtoasaquantitativeindicatoroftheintensityandthedistributionofmagneticfield.3.9 敏捷度试片的使用3.10 MagneticParticle&MagneticSuspendingLiquid磁粉:采用敏捷度符合规定的磁粉。MagneticParticle:Magneticparticlewiththesensitivityasrequiredshallbeapplied.磁悬液:般采用水作为分散媒介,新配制H勺磁粉沉淀浓度要合适,并要进行反复试验。MagneticSuspendingLiquid:Withwaterasthedispersingmedium,themagneticparticlesedimentationdensityofthenewlypreparedliquidshallbeincompliancewiththerelatedrequirement,whichshallbetestedforseveraltimes.施加磁悬液:使用磁悬液喷液器或其他有效措施进行喷洒。3.6.3ApplicationofMagneticSuspendingLiquid:Asprayerorotherpracticalsprayingmethod(s)shallbeappliedforthesprayingofmagneticsuspendingliquid.3.13 检表面的准备3.14 PreparationofSurfaceSubjecttoInspection若被检表面凹凸不平,以致也许遮盖缺陷显示时,应进行表面打磨处理。3.72 测时机:焊缝口勺磁粉检测应安排在焊接工序完毕之后进行。对于有延迟裂纹倾向的材料,磁粉检测应安排在焊后24小时进行。3.74 TimeforInspection:Themagneticinspectionforweldsshallbecarriedoutafterthewelding.Forthosematerialsthatmayhavepossibledelayedcracks,theinspectionshallbecarriedout24hoursafterthewelding.3.75 用持续磁化措施,在通电磁化Fl勺同步,施加水磁悬液,持续磁化时间为13S。为保证磁化效果至少反复磁化二次,停施磁悬液至少IS后才可停止磁化。交叉磁挽磁化时。不可停止行进磁化,要一边行进一边施加磁悬液。3.76 Forthecontinuousmagnetization,water-blendedmagneticsuspendingliquidshallbeappliedatelectricmagnetization,whichshallbekeptforonetothreeseconds.Toguaranteetheeffects,themagnetizationshallberepeatedforonelimeatleast.Themagnetizationshallnotbestoppedwithinonesecondaftertheapplicationofthemagneticsuspendingliquid,butthealternatingyokemagnetizationshallbeaccompaniedwithapplicationofmagneticsuspendingliquidforthewholetime.3.77 磁化方向3.78 磁挽磁化的间距应控制在75200mm范围内,检测的有效区域为两极中心连线两侧各50mm的范围内,磁化区域每次应有15mm重叠;交叉磁物法的有效磁化区域,用敏捷度试片确定;3.80 Thespaceforyokemagnetizationshallbecontrolledwithinarangeof75mmto200mmandtheefficientinspectionareashallbewithinarangeof50mmatbothsidesofthecentralconnectionlinesbetweentwopolarities.Thereisanoverlapof15mmbetweenmagnetizedareasforeverytime.Forthealternatingyokemagnetization,atestpieceforsensitivityshallbeusedtodeterminetheefficientmagneticareas.3.81 磁痕的评估3.82 复验:当出现下列状况之一时,应进行复验:3.84 Re-inspection:Theinspectionshallberepeated,wherethefollowingsoccur:检测结束时,用敏捷度试片验证检测敏捷度不符合规定;Wherethesensitivityprovestobenotincompliancewiththerelatedrequirementsbyatestwithatestpieceatcompletionoftheinspection;发现检测过程中操作措施有误;.2Whereoperationmethod(s)isorarefoundtobenotincompliancewiththerelatedrequirementsduringheinspection;供需双方有争议或认为有其他需要时;Wheredisputesarisebetweenthevenderandthepurchaserorthereareotherrequirements;经返修后的部位。Whererepairworkhasbeenexecuted.3.85 下列缺陷拒收:3.86 Thefollowingdefectsshallb
