Miscellaneous部分章节示例如下：鉴于：（1）甲方经营管理适于风力发电场运行的电网，并同意乙方风力发电场根据本协议的约定并入电网运行。(2)乙方在拥有/兴建/扩建经营管理总装机容量为兆瓦(MW)的风力发电场(以下简称风电场)，并同意根据本协议的约定将该风电场并入甲方电网运行。Whereas:(1) PartyA,soperationmanagementappliestothegridonwhichthewindfarmoperatesandzinaccordancewiththisContract,agreestotheintegrationofPartyB'swindfarmintothegridforoperation.(2) PartyBowsconstructs/expands/operatesandmanagesthewindfarmatplaceof(hereinafterreferredtoastheWindFarm)withatotalinstalledcapacityofmegawatts(MW)andagreestoconnecttheWindFarmtoPartyA'spowergridforoperationinaccordancewiththisContract.1.1.2风电场：指位于由乙方拥有/兴建/扩建，将经营管理的一座总装机容量为兆瓦（MW）,共台机组（机组编号、容量及技术参数详见附件二，机组位置详见附件四)的发电设施以及延伸至产权分界点的全部辅助设施。1.1.2WindFarm:referstoapowergenerationfacilitywithatotalinstalledcapacityofmegawatts(MW)andatotalofunits(seeAnnexure2fordetailsofunitnumbers,capacitiesandtechnicalparametersandAnnexure4fordetailsofunitlocations)locatedatplaceof,whichowned/constructed/expandedbyPartyB,tobeoperatedandmanaged,togetherwithallancillaryfacilitiesextendinguptothedemarcationofpropertyrights.3.2.2配备风电场运行集中监控系统，保证其正常运行，并达到规定的技术要求。3.2.2Toequipwithacentralizedmonitoringsystemfortheoperationofthewindfarmtoensureitsnormaloperationandtomeetthespecifiedtechnicalrequirements.3.23按照电网调度机构调度指令组织风电场实时生产运行，参与电力系统的调峰、调频、调压和备用。3.2.3Toorganizereal-timeproductionandoperationofwindfarmsinaccordancewiththeschedulinginstructionsofthegridschedulingauthority,andparticipateinthepeak,frequency,voltageandstandbyofthepowersystem.3.2.4按照电网调度机构要求提供风电场设备检修计划建议，执行已批准的检修计划，做好设备检修维护工作。3.2.4Tosubmittheproposalsforoverhaulplansofwindfarmequipmentinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthegridschedulingauthority,implementtheapprovedoverhaulplans,andcarryoutequipmentoverhaulandmaintenancework.第4章并网条件Chapter 4 ConditionsforGridConnection4.1 乙方已取得政府能源投资主管部门的风电场项目核准文件和电网企业的风电场接入电网意见函。4.2 PartyBhasobtainedtheapprovaldocumentofwindfarmprojectfromthegovernmentalenergyinvestmentauthorityandtheopinionletterofwindfarmaccesstothegridfromthepowergridenterprise.4.3 继电保护及安全自动装置须符合国家标准、行业标准和其他有关规定，按经国家授权机构审定的设计要求安装、调试完毕，经国家规定的基建程序验收合格，并符合本协议第10章的有关约定。4.4 RelayprotectionandsafetyautomationdevicesshallcomplywithStatezsstandards,industrystandardsandotherrelevantregulations,beinstalledandcommissionedinaccordancewiththedesignrequirementsvalidatedbytheagenciesauthorizedbyState,andbeacceptedandpassedbytheState'sprescribedinfrastructureprocedures,andbeincompliancewiththerelevantcovenantsinChapter10hereof.4.5 风电场已安装测风塔，配置风能实时测报系统并按电网调度机构要求准确上传风速、风向、气温、气压等气象数据；配备风电功率预测系统，预测范围和精度满足考核要求。4.6 Windfarmshaveinstalledwindmeasurementtowers,configuredwithreal-timewindenergymeasurementandthemeteorologicaldataofsystemandaccuratelyuploadedsuchaswindspeed,winddirection,airtemperatureandairpressurehavebeensubmittedpursuanttotherequirementsofthegridschedulinginstitute;andareequippedwithwindpowerpredictionsystem,withthepredictionrangeandaccuracywhichmeetingtherequirementsoftheassessment.第5章并网申请及受理Chapter 5 ApplicationandAcceptanceofGridConnection5.1 乙方风电场(机组)并网在满足第4章的并网条件后，须向甲方申请，并在甲方确认后按照要求的方式并入。5.2 AfterPartyB,swindfarm(unit)gridconnectionmeetsthegridconnectionconditionsinChapter4zitshallapplytoPartyAandbeconnectedinaccordancewiththerequiredmanneruponPartyA,sconfirmation.5.3 并网申请5.4 GridConnectionApplication乙方应在风电场(机组)首次并网日的日前，向甲方提交并网申请书，并网申请书应包含本次并网设备的基本概况、验收情况、并网风电场(机组)调试方案和调试计划等内容，并附齐本协议第5.5条所列的资料。PartyBshallsubmittheapplicationforgridconnectiontoPartyAbeforeonthefirstgridconnectiondateofthewindfarm(unit).Theapplicationforgridconnectionshallcontainthebasicoverviewoftheequipmenttobeconnectedtothegrid,theacceptancesituation,thecommissioningprogrammeandcommissioningplanofthegrid-connectedwindfarm(unit)zetc.,andshallbeaccompaniedbythecompleteinformationlistedinArticle5.5ofthisContract.第9章设备检修Chapter9Equipmentoverhaul9.1并网运行风电场设备检修应按照计划进行。9.1 Theoverhaulofequipmentinwindfarmsoperatingonthegridshouldbecarriedoutpursuanttotheprogram.9.1.1 乙方在按本协议约定向甲方提交年度、月度、节日、特殊运行方式发电计划建议的同时，将年度、月度、节日、特殊运行方式的设备检修计划建议报电网调度机构。9.1.2 PartyBshallzatthesametimeofsubmittingtoPartyAtheproposedannual,monthly,holidayandspecialoperationmodepowergenerationplaninaccordanceherewith,reporttheproposedannual,monthly,holidayandspecialoperationmodeequipmentmaintenanceplantothegridschedulingagency.第11章调度自动化Chapter11DispatchAutomation11.1甲方应严格遵守有关调度自动化系统的设计、运行和管理规程、规范，负责调度端调度自动化系统的运行维护，并符合以下要求：11.1PartyAshallstrictlycomplywiththedesign,operationandmanagementproceduresandspecificationsoftherelevantdispatchautomationsystem,andshallberesponsiblefortheoperationandmaintenanceofthedispatchautomationsystematthedispatchingend,whichshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:(1)监督调度自动化系统的可靠运行，负责电力调度自动化系统运行情况的监测，协调处理运行中出现的重大问题。(1)Supervisingthereliableoperationofthedispatchautomationsystem,responsibleformonitoringtheoperationofthepowerdispatchautomationsystem,andcoordinatingthehandlingofmajorproblemsarisingintheoperation.第13章事故事件处理与调查Chapter13HandlingandInvestigationofAccidentsandIncidents13.1电网调度机构和风电场应按照各自管辖范围，依据电力系统调度规程和风电场现场运行规程的有关规定，正确、迅速地进行事故事件处理，并及时相互通报事故事件处理情况。13.1Thepowergriddispatchingagencyandthewindfarmshall,withintheirrespectivemanagementsscope,correctlyandpromptlycarryouthandlingofaccidentandincidentinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthedispatchingregulationsoftheelectricpowersystemandtheon-siteoperationregulationsofthewindfarm,andnotifywithoutdelayeachotherofthehandlingoftheaccidentandincident.
