Inspection检验：5.1 Buyer,Sinspectiontobeasfinal.买方检验。5.2 Thebuyerhastherightofinspectingthecontractedgoodsbeforetheshipment.买方有权在发货之前验货，发现不符合质量要求，产品有权拒收。6. Claim索赔：6.1 Ifanyclaimsregardingmerchandiseshippedshouldbefiledwithin60daysuponthearrivalofgoodsatPortofdestination.若有任何有关此批装船货物的索赔发生，请于货物运抵目的港60日以内提出。6.2 产品到达目的地，因生产质量问题无法使用的，由卖方承担损失。7. Arbitration仲裁：Anydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionof,orinconnectionwiththiscontractshallbesettledamicablythroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweenbothparties.Incasenosettlementcanbereachedwithin21daysthroughnegotiation,thecaseshallbesubmittedtotheForeignTradeArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionalInternationalTrade,forarbitration,inaccordancewithitsprovisionruleofprocedure.Thearbitralawardshallbeacceptedasfinalandbindinguponbothparties.Thearbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparty.本合同在执行过程中引起的，或与本合同有关的任何争议将由双方友好协商解决。如果就争议双方在21天内未协商达成一致，应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会根据该会的仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁.仲裁结果对双方都是最终的，有约束力的。仲裁费用由败诉方承担。8.
