ICS27.010CCSF01OB中华人民共和国国家标准GB200522024代替GB200522020电力变压器能效限定值及能效等级Minimumallowablevaluesofenergyefficiencyandtheenergyefficiencygradesforpowertransformers2024-04-29发布2025-02-01实施国家市场监督管理总局国家标准化管理委员会本文件按照GB/T1.12020标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则的规定起草。本文件代替GB200522020电力变压器能效限定值及能效等级,与GB200522020相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:更改了标准适用范围,增加了三相6kV35kV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定频率为50Hz、额定容量为500kVA及以上的新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用油浸式变压器和干式变压器;三相66kV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定频率为50Hz、额定容量为3150kVA-20000kVA的新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用油浸式变压器,删除了“高阻抗变压器”(见第1章,2020年版的第1章); 增加了6kV、IokV、35kV和66kV新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器的能效限定值要求(见5.2);一更改了10kV/2500kVA油浸式三相双绕组无励磁调压配电变压器1级、2级能效等级的负载损耗限定值见(表1,2020年版的表1); 更改了部分IOkV干式三相双绕组无励磁调压配电变压器的短路阻抗(见表2,2020年版的表2);一更改了部分66kV油浸式三相双绕组有我调压电力变压器的短路阻抗(见表6,2020年版的表6);一更改了部分110kV油浸式三相双绕组有载调压电力变压器的短路阻抗(见表10,2020年版的表10); 更改了部分220kV油浸式三相三绕组有载调压自耦电力变压器的短路阻抗(见表17,2020年版的表17); 更改了部分500kV油浸式单相三绕组无励磁调压自耦电力变压器中压线端调压的短路阻抗(见表27,2020年版的表27);一增加了6kV油浸式、干式三相双绕组无励磁调压新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器能效等级6kV7.2kV/0.4kV1.14kV(见表29、表30);-增加了10kV油浸式、干式三相双绕组无励磁调压新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器能效等级10kV-12kV/0.4kV1.14kV(见表31、表32);一增加了35kV油浸式、干式三相双绕组无励磁调压新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器能效等级35kV38.5kV0.4kV-1.14kV(见表33、表34);一增加了66kV油浸式三相双绕组无励磁调压新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器能效等级66kV72.5kV/0.4kV1.14kV(见表35)。请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。本文件由国家标准化管理委员会提出并归口。本文件及其所代替文件的历次版本发布情况为:2006年首次发布为GB200522006,2013年第一次修订,并入了GB247902009;一一本次为第三次修订。电力变压器能效限定值及能效等级1范围本文件规定了电力变压器的能效限定值、能效等级和试验方法。本文件适用于三相IOkV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定频率为50Hz、额定容量为30kVA2500kVA的油浸式配电变压器和干式配电变压器;35kV500kV电压等级、额定频率为50Hz、额定容量为3150kVA及以上的油浸式电力变压器;三相6kV35kV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定频率为50Hz、额定容量500kVA及以上的新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用油浸式和干式变压器;三相66kV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定频率为50Hz、额定容量为315OkVA20000kVA的新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用油浸式变压器。本文件不适用于充气式变压器、塔简变压器、机舱变压器。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T1094.11GB/T1094.16电力变压器电力变压器GB/T1094.1电力变压器第1部分:总则第11部分:干式变压器第16部分:风力发电用变压器GB/T2900.95电工术语变压器、调压器和电抗器GB/T6451GB/T10228GB/T22072GB/T25438GB/T25446油浸式电力变压器技术参数和要求干式电力变压器技术参数和要求干式非晶合金铁心配电变压器技术参数和要求三相油浸式立体卷铁心配电变压器技术参数和要求油浸式非晶合金铁心配电变压器技术参数和要求GBT1094.K本文件。3术语和定义GBT1094.IKGB/T1094.16和GB/T2900.95界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于电力变压器能效限定值minimu11allowablevaluesofenergyefficiencyforpowertransformer在规定测试条件下,变压器空载损耗和负载损耗的允许最高限值。4献等级电力变压器能效等级分为3级,其中1级能效最高,损耗最低。各等级电力变压器在额定容量下的实测空载损耗、负载损耗应不高于表1表28的规定。各等级新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器在额定容量下的实测空载损耗、负载损耗应不高于表29表35的规定。表中未列出的额定容量产品,其空载损耗和负载损耗应采用线性插值确定。5技术要求5.1 基本要求电力变压器技术参数和技术要求应符合GB/T1094.1、GB/T6451»油浸式非晶合金铁心变压器技术参数和技术要求还应符合GB/T25446,立体卷铁心配电变压器技术参数和技术要求还应符合GBT25438o干式配电变压器技术参数和技术要求还应符合GB/T1094.11、GB/T10228,干式非晶合金铁心变压器技术参数和技术要求还应符合GB/T22072o风力发电用变压器技术参数和技术要求还应符合GB/T1094.16o5.2 变压器能效限定值变压器能效限定值如下:a) 10kV配电变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表1和表2的规定;b) 35kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表3和表4的规定;O66kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表5和表6的规定;d) HOkV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表7表U的规定;e) 220kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表12表17的规定;D330kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表18表24的规定;g) 500kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表25表28的规定;h) 6kV新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表29和表30的规定;i) 10kV新能源发电侧光伏用、风电用、储能用变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表31和表32的规定;j)
