Actiontoscrapandrep1.aceo1.dcommercia1.ships（一）加快高能耗高排放老旧运输船船报废更新。支持内河客船10年、货船15年以及沿海客船15年、货船20年船龄以上老旧船舶加快报废更新。加强船舶燃油质量监管，健全船舶大气污染物监视监测体系，实施船舶大气污染物排放控制区监测监管示范工程。鼓励有条件地区建立现有燃油动力裕舶退出机制。1.
