Thecommodities,quantities,prices,paymentandshipmentsofthecommoditiesshallbeconfirmedineachorder,theparticularsofwhichshallbespecifiedineachProfdnnaInvoice.3.2. AllpaymentsunderthisAgreementshouldbemadeinUSD(code840)bybanktransfer.3.3. ThepricesfortheGoodsincludethecostofpackaging,labelingandotherexpensesprovidedunderconditionsFOBShanghaiport,PRC(INCOTERMS®2010).4. PackingandShippingMarks4.1. PackingshallensurecompletesafetyoftheGoodsduringthetransportationbyseaorplane,includingtransshipment.PartyAshallcompensateforthedamagecausedbyimproperpacking.4.2. ShippingMarkshallbemarkedaccordinglotheinstructionfromPartyB.5.
