.Inthecourseoftransportation,itshouldpayattentiontotheprotectionofcabletray,toavoidcollisionandtopreventdeformationorpaintchips.4 .厂家应对材料进行检查验收。3.materialshoculdchekedandapprovedbyOE所有材料符合设计标准,材料防护到位。Allmaterialsconformtodesignstandards,andprotectionworkformaterialiscomplete.3.支吊架制作及安装3.Hangerandsupportfabricationandinstallation1.支架立柱采用膨胀螺栓或焊接方式安装在混凝土结构、金属结构上。1. Thesupportcolumnismountedonconcretestructureandmetalstructurebyusingexpansionboltsorweldingmethod.2.各支吊架的同层横档要在同一水平线上,爬坡的支吊架与设计要求一致。支架间距偏差:10mm支架垂直偏差:<2mm支架高度偏差:5mm2. .Accordingtocabletrayroutingdiagram,carefullycheckthemechanicalandcivildrawings,determinetheroutingofcabletray,andavoidcollisionwiththemechanicalequipmentandinsulationlayer.2 .安装电缆桥架,两段梯架连接时螺母要在外侧;调整梯架的高度和各层的水平度,符合要求后加以固定。3 .Installationofcabletray,twosectionsoftheladdertraytobeconnectedwiththenutoutside,adjusttheheightoftheladderandthelevelofeachlayer,meettherequirementsandthenfixit.4 .电缆托架安装后,应有两个明显的接地点。3 .Aftertheinstallationofcabletray,thereshouldbetwoobviousgroundingpoints.4 .桥架每隔10-15米接地一次,并应留有伸缩缝,伸缩缝处采用dmm?以上铜接地线跨接。5 .Cabletrayevery1015metergroundingonce,andshouldbeleftwithexpansionjoints,expansionjointsusing4mm2abovethecoppergroundingwirebridging.6 .每层桥架安装完成后,应有明确的桥架标识(电源层、控制层、仪表层)7 .Aftertheinstallationofcabletray,eachcabletrayshouldhaveaclearidentity(powertray、controltray、instrumenttray).8 .穿墙或钢格栅的桥架要做好防火封堵,墙及钢格栅边缘做好防护。Throughwallsorsteelgratingofthecabletraytodofiresealing,thewallandthesteelgrilleedgetodotheprotection.1.外形无扭曲变形。1 .Nodistortioninshape.2桥架与管道之间应有足够距离。2 在高处作业要保持清醒,精心操作,不得站在栏杆外工作或凭借栏杆起吊件,严禁躺在走道板上休息。7.1.22
