土地平整工程土地平整工程是土地整治项目的核心内容,是进行农业机械化生产和灌溉与排水、田间道路等基础设施建设的实施基础。项目区土地平整工程主要包括田块归并、台面重构、旱改水、梯田改造、边角地整治、开发零星未利用非耕地、低效园林地整治等工程。1.1.1
