Innersheath6.6.1 StructureIfthereisanoverallshield,thecablecoreoutsideshallhaveextrudedinnersheath.ExtrudedinnersheathshallbewrappedaroundthecablecoreANDmakethecableroundandneat,ANDtheextrudedinnersheathshallnotsticktotheinsulatedcore.Beforeextrudingtheinnersheath,itisallowedtouseappropriatebelttotieittightly.6.6.2 MaterialsAtworkingtemperature,theinnersheathmaterialshallbesuitablefortheoperatingtemperatureofthecableANDbecompatiblewiththeinsulationandsheathingmaterialsofthecable.MechanicalandphysicalpropertiesoftheinnersheathshallcomplywiththerequirementsofTable14(exceptformineraloilresistant,acidandalkaliresistance,hydrolysisresistance,andtearresistancetest).6.6.3 Five-corecable:green/yellow,blue,brown,black,gray.Variouscolorsshallbeclearlyidentifiableandendurable.Forauxiliarypowercores,signalorcontrolcoresandotherextensioncoresetc.,whichareidentifiedwithcolor,thereisnorequirementforthecoloring,BUTthecolorshallbeclearlyidentifiableANDbedifferentfromthecolorofthemaininsulatedcore.8.2.3 VoltagetestVoltagetestshallbecarriedoutatambienttemperature,ACchargingcableshallbetestedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofGB/T3048.8-2007,ANDtheDCchargingcableshallbetestedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofGBrr3048.14-2007.Voltagetestisperformedinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:-ACchargingcable:APPLYthe3.5kVACvoltageinbetweeneachmaininsulationconductorandtherestconductorsandthebraidedshield(ifany)inorder,foraperiodof15min;thenAPPLYthe1.5kVACvoltageinbetweeneachsignalorcontrolcoreandtherestconductorsandthebraidedshield(ifany),foraperiodof15min;ANDthecableinsulationshallbefreefrombreakdown;-DCchargingcable:APPLYthe8.4kVDCvoltagebetweeneachinsulatedconductor(includinggroundingcoreconductor,auxiliarycoreconductor,etc.)andtherestconductorsandbraidedshield(ifany)inorder,foraperiodof15min;thenAPPLYthe3.6kVvoltageinbetweeneachsignalorcontrolcoreandtherestconductorsandthebraidedshield(ifany),foraperiodof15min;ANDthecableinsulationshallbefreefrombreakdown.9.3
