standard.TheACtestvoltageshallbeappliedbetweenconductorandthemetalliccomponentofinsulationshield.5.4.5TENSILESTRENGTHANDELoNGATIONPhysicaItestsshallbemadeatroomtemperatureandthetestspecimensshallbekeptatroomtemperaturefornotlessthan30minutespriortothetest.18、 Thespecimenshallbestretcheduntilitbreaks.日OngatiOnatruptureshallbedeterminedsimultaneouslywiththetestfortensilestrengthandonthesamespecimen.5.4.6AGEINGTESTAiroventest:Thetestspecimensshallbeheatedattherequiredtemperatureforthespecifiedperiodinairoven.Oilimm19、 ersiontest:Thetestspecimensshallbeimmersedinoil.Thekindofoil,temperatureanddurationaredescribedintheapplicablestandards.PhysicaltestsonboththeagedandUnagedspecimensshallbemadeatthesametime.5.4.7HEATSHOCKSampIesofthecablesshallbewoundaroundamandrel,heldfirmI20、yinplaceandsubjectedtothespecifiedtemperaturefor1hour.Diameterofmandrelshallbespecifiedinthestandard.5.4.8.HEATDISTORTIONSGSRefNo.:23Rev.:0Page:6of7INSPECTIONGUIDELINESPOWERCABLESDate:22/03/04Heatdistortiontestshallbemadeinaccordancewithappropriatemethodspecified21、inthestandard(ICEA).5.4.9.FLAMERESISTINGTESTFIameresistingtestshallbemadeinaccordancewithrespectivecodezstandard.(IEC,IEEE)5.5REPORTSANDRELEASE5.5.1REPORTINGAfinalreportsummarisingtheactivitiescarriedoutwillbeissuedinaccordancewiththecontractrequirementsandcircula22、tedwithinthetimelimitslaiddown.Thereportwillbeinaformatapprovedbytheclientandmustclearlyindicatethefinalacceptanceorrejectionofthepowercables.5.5.2RELEASENOTEWhenrequiredbythecontractareleasedocumentwillbeissuedtothemanufacturewhenthepowercableshavebeen23、 finallyaccepted6.0SHIPPING6.1PREPARATIONANDPACKINGThefollowingpointsmustbecheckedDrummarkingandtaggingCableendsecuredThereelshallbelaggedorcoveredwithsuitablematerialtoprovidephysicalprotectionforthecablesduringtransitCableendsealedagainstmoistureVerifythat24、
