II BullionAccountSystem第五条交易所实物交 割实行一户一码制，会员及 客户开户成功即获得各自的 实物账户代码。实物交割处 理到每个会员及客户的实物 账户。Article5TheExchangeadoptsauoneaccount,onecode"systemforphysicaldelivery.EachmemberorcustomerwillreceiveauniqueBullionAccountcodeafteropeninganaccountwiththeExchange.AlldeliveryactivitiesofamemberorcustomerwillbeperformedthroughandreflectedinitsuniqueBullionAccount.第六条会员及客户登 记、托管在交易所的实物分 为交割品种和保管品种。交 割品种为可参与交易所交易 交割业务的实物，保管品种 为不可参与交易所交易交割 业务的实物。保管品种相关 业务根据上海黄金交易所 保管库管理办法执行。Article6Bullionofmembersandcustomers,eitherregisteredwiththeExchangeorplacedunderitscustody,areclassifiedintodeliverablebullionanddepositablebullion.DeliverablebullionisbullionacceptedinthedeliveryoftradesexecutedonorthroughtheExchange;depositablebullionisbullionnotacceptedinsuchdelivery.BusinessesrelatingtodepositablebullionshallbegovernedbytheMeasuresfortheAdministrationofSafeDepositVaultsofShanghaiGoldExchange.第七条实物账户分席 位登记交割，同一会员或客 户在不同席位下的库存独立 使用。Article7BullionheldinaBullionAccountisregisteredanddeliveredbyseat,i.e.,inventoriesheldbythesamememberorcustomerbutregisteredunderdifferentseatsshallbemutuallyindependentintransactions.第八条实物账户分为 未分配账户和分配账户。未 分配账户的实物不按会员及 客户单独摆放，按重量交 割，不指定到条块。分配账 户的实物指定条块交割。黄 金和箱金交割品种为未分配 账户，白银交割品种为分配Article8BullionAccountsareclassifiedintounallocatedaccountsandallocatedaccounts.Bullioninanunallocatedaccountisnotstoredbyindividualmembersorcustomersand,duringdelivery,onlyweight,ratherthanparticularingotsorbars,canbespecified.Bycontrast,bullioninanallocatedaccountisdeliveredbyspecificingotsorbars.Deliverablegoldandplatinumbullionisheldunderunallocatedaccount;deliverablesilverbullionis账户。heldunderallocatedaccount.第九条未分配账户包 括剩余库存账户及买入货权 账户。剩余库存是会员及客 户存入指定仓库的实物，记 入其剩余库存账户；买入货 权是会员及客户买入的实 物，记入其买入货权账户。 分配账户的实物统一记入剩 余库存账户。Article9UnallocatedaccountsarefurtherclassifiedintoLoad-inInventoryAccountandTradedInventoryAccount.Load-ininventoriesarebulliondepositedbyamemberorcustomerintoaCertifiedVault,andarerecordedundertheLoad-inInventoryAccount;tradedinventoriesarebullionpurchasedbyamemberorcustomer,andarerecordedundertheTradedInventoryAccount.AllbullionheldunderanallocatedaccountshallberecordedundertheLoad-inInventoryAccount.第十条会员及客户参 与竞价交易、定价交易、询 价交易等合约交割的实物实 行同一账户管理。第三章实物交割Article10Bulliontobedeliveredinpricematchingtrades,benchmarkpricetrades,priceaskingtrades,andothertypesoftradesofamemberorcustomershallallbemanagedthroughthatmemberorcustomer'ssingleBullionAccount.Chapter III PhysicalDelivery第十一条交易所交割 的金锭、金条为经交易所认 定的可提供标准金锭、金条 企业生产的符合交易所执行 的金锭、金条标准 的实物，及交易所认可的国 际相关市场认定的合格供货 商生产的标准实物。Article11AnygoldingotorgoldbardeliverablethroughtheExchangeshallbeeitherabullionproducedincompliancewiththeprevailingSGEStandardforGoldIngotorSGEStandardforGoldBar,respectively,byanSGEStandardGoldIngotRefinerorSGEStandardGoldBarRefiner,orastandardbullionproducedbyaqualifiedsupplieraccreditedbyarelevant,SGE-recognizedinternationalmarket.交易所交割的销锭为交易所 认可的国际相关市场认定的 或经交易所认定的合格粕锭 供货商生产的标准实物。AnyplatinumingotdeliverablethroughtheExchangeshallbeastandardbullionproducedbyaqualifiedsupplieraccreditedeitherbyarelevant,SGE-recognizedinternationalmarketorbytheExchangedirectly.交易所交割的银锭为经交易 所认定的可提供标准银锭企 业生产的符合交易所执行的 银锭标准的实物，及交 易所认可的国际相关市场认 定的合格供货商生产的标准 实物。AnysilveringotdeliverablethroughtheExchangeshallbeeitherabullionproducedbyanSGEStandardSilverIngotRefinerincompliancewiththeprevailingstandardforsilveringotattheExchange,orastandardbullionproducedbyaqualifiedsupplieraccreditedbyarelevant,SGE-recognizedinternationalmarket.第十二条交易所交易 合约与交割品种对应关系参 见上海黄金交易所合约及 交割品种对应表（附1）, 交割品种调整根据交易所公 告执行。Article12ThecorrespondencebetweencontractstradedattheExchangeandtheirdeliverablebullionisgivenintheSGEContractsandAssociatedDeliverableBullion(Annex1).ThedeliverablebullionissubjecttochangebyannouncementoftheExchange.用于主板合约交割的交割品 种为主板交割品种，用于国 际板合约交割的交割品种为 国际板交割品种。uMainBoardbullionnreferstobulliondeliverableagainstMainBoardcontracts;"InternationalBoardbullion”referstobulliondeliverableagainstInternationalBoardcontracts.第十三条交易所设立 指定仓库为交易所实物交割 及会员、客户实物仓储业务 等提供相关服务。Article13TheExchangehasestablishedanetworkofCertifiedVaultstofacilitatephysicaldeliverythroughtheExchangeaswellasbullionstorageandothertransactionsbymembersandcustomers.指定仓库分为主板指定仓库 和国际板指定仓库。主板指 定仓库为国内会员及客户提 供实物仓储及出入库交接服 务。国际板指定仓库为国际 会员、国际客户、具备黄金 进出口资格的国内会员及国 内客户提供实物仓储、出入 库交接、代理入境申报、代CertifiedVaultsareclassifiedintoMainBoardCertifiedVaults(theMBCertifiedVaults)andInternationalBoardCertifiedVaults(theIBCertifiedVaults).MBCertifiedVaultsprovidebullionstorage,load-inandload-outservicestoDomesticMembersandDomesticCustomers.IBCertifiedVaultsprovidebullionstorage,load-inandload-outservicestoInternationalMembers,InternationalCustomers,andanyDomesticMembersandDomesticCustomers理出境申报服务。国际板指 定仓库接受中华人民共和国 海关监管。whoarequalifiedtoimportandexportgold,aswellasinactingastheiragentinmakingcustomsdeclarationsforbulliontobetransportedintooroutofbondedzones.IBCertifiedVaultsshallacceptthesupervisionofthecustomsauthoritiesofChina.国际会员及客户办理实物出 入境、会员及客户通过国际 板进口实物等手续根据上 海黄金交易所国际板指定仓 库出入库及出入境业务操作 指引执行。ThetransportationofbullionintoandoutofbondedzonesbyInternationalMembersandInternationalCustomers,andtheimportingofbullionbymembersandcustomersthroughtheInternationalBoardshallbegovernedbytheOperatingGuidelinesofShanghaiGoldExchangeforLoad-ln/Load-OutandBondedZoneEntry/ExitProceduresforInternationalBoardCertifiedVaults.第十四条1千克金锭、3千克金锭、金条入库时实行 “择库存货”原则，出库时 买入货权账户实物实行“择 库取货”原则，剩余库存账 户实物只能从原存入指定仓 库取货。Article14Duringload-in,1kggoldingots,3kggoldingots,andgoldbarscanbedepositedintoanyavailableCertifiedVault(Vault-IndependentDeposit).Duringload-out,bullionunderTradedInventoryAccountissubjecttoVault-IndependentWithdrawal,i.e.,itcanbewithdrawnfromanyavailableCertifiedVault;whereasbullionunderLoad-inInventoryAccountissubjecttoVault-SpecificWithdrawal,i.e.,itcanonlybewithdrawnfromthesameCertifiedVaultwhereitwasoriginallydeposited.12.5千克金锭实行“定库存 货、定库取货”原则，存取 地区为深圳、上海。12.5kggoldingotsaresubjecttoVault-SpecificDepositandVault-SpecificWithdrawalatCertifiedVaultsinShenzhenandShanghai.粕锭实行“定库存货、定库 取货”原则，存取地区为北 京、上海和深圳。PlatinumingotsaresubjecttoVault-SpecificDepositandVault-SpecificWithdrawalatCertifiedVaultsinBeijing,Shanghai,andShenzhen.DeliverablebullionforAg99.9andAg(T+D)shallbedepositedandwithdrawninShanghai;thoseforAg99.99shallbedepositedandwithdrawninShanghai,Guangzhou,Jiyuan(ofHenanProvince),orShenzhen.AnymemberorcustomerwhohasenteredintoatradeinAg99. 9 及 Ag (T+D)交割实 物存取地区为上海；Ag99. 99 交割实物存取地区为上海、 广州、济源和深圳。对于 Ag99. 99现货即期交易合约，Ag99.99spotcontractmaycompleteawnoticeofintendeddeliveryIocationnbeforephysicaldeliverytoindicateitsdesiredlocationforthewithdrawal;intheabsenceofsaidnoticethememberorcustomershallwithdrawthebullioninShanghai.1.ocationsavailableforbulliondepositandwithdrawalmaybeadjustedbyannouncementsoftheExchange.实物存取地调整根据交易所 公告执行。Article15TheExchangeshallcentrallyorganizethedistributionof1kggoldingots,3kggoldingots,goldbars,andsilveringotsdeliverableagainstAg99.99spotcontract.Deliveryofsilverbullionforpriceaskingcontractsshallbearrangedbyeachpairoftradingparties;theExchangeisnotresponsibleforthetransportofsuchbullion.第十五条1千克金锭、3千克金锭、金条、现货即期 合约交割的Ag99. 99银锭由 交易所负责统一调运。白银 询价由买卖双方逐笔一对一 交割，交易所不负责调运。第十六条对于现货实 盘合约，实物交割时间为成 交时间，实物交割量为买 入、卖出成交量；对于现货 即期合约，交易所以成交当 日为T+0日，实物交割时间 为第T+2日交易所日终结算 时，实物交割量为成交日净 买卖量；对于现货延期交收 合约，实物交割时间为交收 申报日交易所日终结算时， 实物交割量为交收申报成交 量及中立仓申报成交量；对Article16Foranytradeinphysicalcontract,physicaldeliveryshalltakeplaceattimeoftradeexecution,andofsuchquantityofbullionaspurchasedandsoldinthetrade.Foranytradeinspotcontract,withT+0denotingthedateoftradeexecution,physicaldeliveryshalltakeplaceduringday-endsettlementonT+2,andofsuchquantityofbullionasthenetquantitypurchasedorsoldbyeachtradingpartyonT+0.Foranytradeindeferredcontract,physicaldeliveryforatradingpartyshalltakeplaceduringday-endsettlementonthedayittendersfordelivery,thedeliveryquantityshallbebasedonthevolumetendered于定价交易合约，交易所以 成交当日为T+0日，实物交 割时间为第T+2日交易所日 终结算时，实物交割量为成 交日净买卖量；对于询价交 易合约，实物交割分为日终 与实时两种，实物交割时间 和实物交割量根据相关询价 交易细则执行。第十七条交易所日终andmatchedfordeliveryandthevolumetenderedandmatchedforDeliveryEqualizer.Foranytradeinbenchmarkpricecontract,withT+0denotingthedateoftradeexecution,physicaldeliveryshalltakeplaceduringdayendsettlementonT+2,andofsuchquantityofbullionasthenetquantitypurchasedorsoldbyeachtradingpartyonT+0.Foranytradeinpriceaskingcontract,physicaldeliverymaytakeplaceeitherinreal-timeoratday-endsettlement;thespecifictimeandquantityforthephysicaldeliveryshallbegovernedbythedetailedrulesforpriceaskingtrading.实物交割顺序为现货即期合 约、现货延期交收合约、定 价交易合约、询价交易合 约。其中，现货即期合约实 物交割顺序为Ag99. 9、 Ag99. 99；现货延期交收合约 实物交割顺序为Au ( T + D)、Au (T+N1)、Au (T + N2)、mAu (T + D)、Ag (T + D) o交割顺序在前的合约 所得实物可用于顺序在后合约的实物交割。Article17TheExchangeshallprocessdayendphysicaldeliveriesinthesequenceofspotcontracts,deferredcontracts,benchmarkpricecontracts,andpriceaskingcontracts.Inparticular,forspotcontracts,deliveryshallbemadeinthesequenceofAg99.9,Ag99.99;fordeferredcontracts,inthesequenceofAu(T+D),Au(T+N1),Au(T+N2),mAu(T+D),andAg(T+D).Bullionobtainedfromdeliveryofearliercontractsmaybeusedinthedeliveryoflatercontracts.第十八条会员或客户 应当确保其资金账户或实物 账户在结算前备足结算所需 的资金或实物。结算一旦完 成不可撤销。会员或客户未 能在其资金账户或实物账户 上备足资金或实物，导致实 物交割失败的，交易所有权 认定其违约。Article18MembersandcustomersshallensurethatthereissufficientcapitalintheirfundsaccountorsufficientbullionontheirBullionAccountsbeforesettlement.Settlementresultscannotbecanceledoncetheprocessiscompleted.IfphysicaldeliveryfailsduetoinsufficientcapitalorbullioninthefundsaccountorBullionAccounts,theExchangeshallbeentitledtorecognizethememberorcustomerashavingcommittedadefault.第十九条发生实物交 割违约，交易所向守约方支 付补偿金，并向违约方收取 违约金，同时交收终止。Article19Intheeventofadeliverydefault,theExchangeshallpaycompensationtothenondefaultingpartyandcollectdefaultpenaltyfromthedefaultingparty,andthenterminatethedeliveryprocess.第二十条对双边信用 型询价交易，上述违约处理 条款不适用，违约交易由交 易双方根据交易所有关规定 自行协商处理。Article20Theforegoingprovisionsondefaultresolutionarenotapplicabletobilateral-creditpriceaskingtrades.Ifdefaultoccursinsuchatrade,thetradingpartiesshallseekasolutionthemselvesbytherulesoftheExchange.第二十一条现货实盘 合约、现货即期合约、黄金 现货延期交收合约、定价交 易合约最小交割量为1手， 并按1手的整数倍交割。白 银现货延期交收合约最小交 割量为15手，并按15手的 整数倍交割。Article21Forphysicalcontracts,spotcontracts,deferredgoldcontracts,andbenchmarkpricecontracts,deliveryshallbemadeinmultiplesof1lotwith1lotbeingtheminimum.Fordeferredsilvercontracts,deliveryshallbemadeinmultiplesof15lotswith15lotsbeingtheminimum.第二十二条交易所对 卖方会员及客户进行黄金、 销金实物交割时，按成交流 水先剩余库存账户，后买入 货权账户逐笔扣除实物。多 个剩余库存账户有实物时， 先扣除库存数量最小的，余 量再依次扣除。Article22Whenprocessingthedeliveryofphysicalgoldorplatinumbyasellingmemberorcustomer,theExchangeshalldeducttheinventory,onatrade-by-tradebasisintheorderoftradeexecution,firstfromthememberorcustomer'sLoad-inInventoryAccountandthenfromitsTradedInventoryAccount.IftherearemultipleLoad-inInventoryAccountswithabullionbalance,deductionshallbemadesuccessivelyfromtheonewiththelowestbalanceuntiltheentirequantityissettled.第二十三条交易所对 卖方会员及客户进行白银实 物交割时，交易所系统根据 银锭块号代码升序原则扣除 卖方会员及客户库存。Article23Whenprocessingthedeliveryofphysicalsilverbyasellingmemberorcustomer,theExchange'ssystemshalldeductsilveringotsfromthememberorcustomer'sinventoryinascendingorderoftheingots'serialnumbers.第二十四条自然人客 户、国际会员及客户不可参 与箱金及白银实物交割。非 增值税一般纳税人法人客户 不可参与白银实物交割。实 物交割的询价交易按照交易 双方约定自行开票的除外。Article24Noindividual,InternationalMember,orInternationalCustomermayparticipateinphysicaldeliveryofplatinumandsilver.NocorporatecustomerwithoutthegeneralVATtaxpayerstatusmayparticipateinphysicaldeliveryofsilver.Theforegoingrestrictiondoesnotapplytophysicallydeliveredpriceaskingtradesinwhichtaxinvoicesaretobeissuedbythetradingpartiespertheiragreement.第二十五条交易所每 日日终结算后，会员及客户 应及时查询核对“库存结算 单”。如有异议须在下一交 易日开市前以书面形式向交 易所提出，逾期未提视为确 认。Article25Membersandcustomersshallpromptlyaccessandverifytheir"inventoryStatemenfaftertheExchangecompletesdayendsettlementoneachtradingday.AnyobjectiontothestatementshallbefiledwiththeExchangeinwritingbeforemarketopenonthefollowingtradingday.Thestatementshallbedeemedconfirmedifnosuchobjectionisfiledwithintheforegoingperiod.第四章入库ChapterIVLoad-In第二十六条入库指会 员及客户将实物存入交易所 指定仓库。Article26"Load-in”referstotheactofdepositingbullionin
