1、服装公司评估指导手册AllfactoriesengagedintheproductionofArcadiaGroupPlcmerchandisemustmeetminimumstandardsineachofthefollowingareas:所有从事生产Arcadia集团商品的工厂务必满足下列方面的最低要求1. EmploymentEthics雇佣道德2. Health&Safetypractices健康与安全保障3. TechnicalCompetence,relativetotheproducttheywillproduce生产有关产品的技术能力4. QualityAssurancesy
2、stems质量保证系统AllsupplierstotheArcadiaGroupPlcmustbefamiliarwiththeseminimumstandards,andmustaccommodatevisitsbyArcadiaGroupPlcpersonnelortheirappointedagentstoevaluateandauditafactory,scompliance.所有Arcadia的供货商都务必熟悉这些最低要求,同时为对工厂进行评估的Arcadia人员或者其指定的人员提供协助。*Suppliersareremindedthatallpremisesinvolvedinma

4、renotacceptabletoArcadiaGroupPlc.(ExceptionalcasesmusthavewrittenapprovalofanArcadiaGroupPlcBrandDirector,priortoorderplacement).ArCadia不同意家庭作坊承担的生产工序(除非在下定单之前己得到Arcadia的书面确认)TheattachedSelfEvaluationFormshouldbesubmittedtoArcadiaGroupPlcbyasupplierproposinganewfactory,orasaninitialstageintheauditan
5、dapprovalprocessofanyexistingfactory.所附之自评问卷务必在举荐一个新厂时或者评估任何现存工厂的初期由供货商呈送Arcadia*Anewfactorywillnotbeapproved,unlessminimumrequirementsareachieved.任何新厂只有满足这些最低要求,才可被同意*Existingfactoriesmustconsistentlyachievetheminimums现存工厂务必一贯满足这些最低要求* Ifashortfallishighlighted,anactionplantorectifythismustbeagreed

15、tionalLabourOrganisation(ILO)Conventions1,26,95,131andRecommendation85)(国际劳工组织条款第1,26,95,131条及推荐第85条)*Ifnolawsapply,theconditionsforworkersmustbeatleastasgoodastheusualtermsforworkersintheareadoingthesametypeofwork.假如没有法律规定,工作条件必至少同等于当地通常的同类工作条件*Youmustgiveworkerswageslipsthattheycaneasilyunderstand
16、.务必给工人简明易懂的工资单Anydeductionsmustbeataratethatisfairandreasonablebylocalstandards.任何减扣工资,在当地标准下,务必是合理公平的*Overtimemustbevoluntary加班务必是自愿的EmployingChildren雇佣童工Youmustnotemploychildren,otherthanundertheILOconventionnumber138andRecommendationnumber146whichdefineachildapersonyoungerthan15yearsold.绝对不可雇佣儿童,
17、国际劳工组织条款第138条及推荐第146条规定低于15周岁的人为儿童* Apprenticeshipsandeducation-re1atedworkareacceptableaslongasthechildisnotbeingexploited,thereisnorisktothechild,shealth,educationanddevelopmentandyouhavethepermissionofthechild,sparents.(Article32oftheUnitedNationsconventionontheRightsoftheChild)在不存在剥削,及对儿童的健康,教育及
18、进展无危害与父母同意的条件下,儿童能够从事学徒与勤工俭学工作。*youmustcheckeveryworker,sdocumentstoconfirmtheirdateofbirth.Iftherearenoofficialdocumentsavailable,youmusttakeallreasonableandappropriatestepstocheckthechild,sage.务必检查工人的证件以确认其出生日期。假如没有官方的正式文件可查,则务必采一切合理的,适当的方法去查明该儿童的年龄。ForcedLabour强迫劳动Youmustnotuseforcedlabourinyourw
19、orkplaceorforcepeopletoworkbythreateningthemwithapenalty.禁止使用强迫劳动力或者用威胁给以处罚的方法强迫工人劳动或者使用囚犯(ILOConventions29and105)(国际劳工组织条款第29与105条)* Youmustnotuseforcedlabour(thisisalsoknownas“debtbondage,)orprisonlabour.严禁使用强迫劳动Disciplinarypractices纪律Youmustnotuse,orthreatenyourworkerswith,physicalpunishmentorany
20、formofmentalorverbalabuse.禁止用任何体罚,或者精神及语言上的污辱威胁工人Discrimination岐视Youmustemployanddealwithallyouremployeesfairlyandwithoutdiscrimination.务必公正地、无岐视地对待所有员工(ILOConvention111andRecommendations111)(国际劳动组织条款第111条及修第111条)* Youmusttreateveryonefairly,regardlessoftheirrace,religion,sexordisability.所有种族、地区、性别或
21、者有残伤的员工,务必一视同仁Freedomofassociation自由结社Youmustnotpreventworkersfromjoininglegalassociations.不可禁止工人参加合法社团组织(ILOConventions87and98)(国际劳工组织条款第87条及98条)Health,safetyandwelfare健康,安全与福利UnderILOconvention155andRecommendations164,youmustprovideasafeplaceofworkandyoumustmeetalllocallawsrelatingtohealth,safetya
22、ndwelfareintheworkplace.Thisrequirementalsoappliestoanyaccommodationyouprovideforyourworkers.根据国际劳工组织条款第155条及推荐第164条,你们务必提供安全的工作场所,并在健康,安全与福利方面满足当地法律的要求;假如提供食宿,则食宿场所也务必安全、卫生* Youmustappointaseniormanagerwhoisresponsibleforthehealth,safetyandwelfareofemployees,andyoumustdoallyoureasonablycantoprevent
23、accidentsandinjury.务必任命一各高级管理人员负责员工的健康,安全与福利方面的事宜,同时尽一切合理措施防止事故与伤害* Youmustpreparehealthandsafetyprocedures,regularlytrainyourworkersintheseprocedures,andyoumustregularlytesttheseprocedures.务必建立健康与安全程序,并定期培训员工及测试这些程序的可执行性* Theremustbeadequatelightingandventilation.务必有足够的照明及通风* Youmustprovidecleandri
