4、eStateCouncilhereby中华人民共和国国务院令（第732号）现公布国务院关于修改和废止部分行政法规的决定，自公布之日起施行。总理李克强2020年11月29日国务院关于修改和废止部分行政法规的决定为了贯彻实施中华人民共和国外商投资法（以下简称外商投资法），国务院对与外商投资法不符的行政法规进行了清理。经过清理，国务院决定：decidesto:I. amendcertainclausesof22administrativeregulations;andII. repealtheAdministrativeMeasuresfortheFormationofPartnershipEnte

Paragraph2ofArticle16oftheRegulationofthePeoplesRe

Paragraph1ofArticle10oftheRegulationontheAdministrationofthePrintingIndustryisamendedtoread:44Inordertoapplyforengagingintheprintingoperationsofpublications,anenterpriseshallfileanapplicationwiththe
