1、合同附件一技术文本1 .项目概述1.1 项目概述项目位于伊拉克首都巴格达以南320公里,南部城市巴士拉以北约300公里,距离伊拉克南部W-QASER港约380公里，觉物从该港口H1.发，经过260公里高速公路和约120公里普通油漆马路抵达项目现场.项目厂址距离最近的小城AI-SamaWah只有40公里，由油漆马路连接，下了油漆马路大概100O米即可到达.1.2 现场条件1.2.1 使用条件使用地点：伊拉克南部现场海拔高度：平均50m环境温度：最高环境温度：51C,最高日平均温度：37.9,C,年平均最低温度：25.7C,极端最低温度：-29。设备布置：室内降雨量：年最大165川in,最小62.
