17、nection suitable, solid, after waiting for pipe connection good do leak test together6.维护保养与故障排除6.1设备的维护和保养6.1.1 日常维护和保养每天检查高位消防水箱周围管路的密封性,若有出现泄漏现象应与时修补.6.1.2 定期维护和保养每月应检查安全阀是否灵活、畅通.检查罐身是否有腐蚀、破损并与时修补.检查螺丝是否松动和失效.每年检查焊缝是否牢固、密封圈是否老化.每年对罐体油漆一遍做防锈处理.6.2设备常见故障与处理办法6.2.1 机械元、部件常见故障阀门故障和排除方法：1阀杆转动不灵原因：1、填料

18、压得过紧.2、阀杆与其他配合不为的损伤或积有污物.3、开关次数过多.排除方法：1、松动阀杆螺母重新调整.2、拆开修整与清除污物.3、拆开清晰排除污物.2阀座与阀体之间有渗漏原因：1、预紧力不够.2、密封面有损伤或者污物.3、密封面变形或者失效.排除方法：1、增加预紧力.2、修整或者研磨密封面并清除污物.3、更换密封圈.3结合部法兰处漏液原因：1、结合部法兰螺栓松动.2、结合部垫片损坏或失效.排除方法：1、拧紧螺栓.2、更换结合部垫片.6.
