15、tructure.3.3冷却塔设备进场，应堆放整齐，做好材料维护，填料、玻璃钢件、钢件分开堆放。严禁散乱堆放，交叉堆放，严禁堆放在消防通道上。Coolingtowerequipmentshouldstackneatly,goodmaterialmaintenanceandfilling,FRP,steelpartsseparatelystacking.Scatteredstacking,crossstacking,stackinginfirechannelisstrictlyprohibited.3.4按图纸要求安装冷却塔，螺栓连接的紧固点等连接件调整后进行最后紧固(若有力矩要求，应力矩扳手检

17、&dailyreport.3.6结构的安装Structureinstallation3.6.1立柱安装前复测预埋件标高与位置是否符合立柱的安装要求，如发现不符合要求，则需要对其进行整改，符合要求后方可进行安装。Beforecolumninstallationweshouldtakearepetitionmeasurementandtellthepositioncanmeettheinstallationrequirementsornot.Ifitisfoundthatdonotconformtotherequirements,needstobecorrected,Itcanbefixedaft

18、ermeetingtheinstallationrequirements.3.6.2立柱的安装前分辨出立柱的左右件及立柱的型号。Beforecolumninstallationweshoulddistinguishtheleft,rightpartsandthemodel.3.6.3结构安装对照图纸的耍求进行连接。Diagonalsandgirtsshouldbefixedbydrawings,requirementsforconnection.3.6.4根据现场情况，判断结构安装后主配水管能否顺利吊装，若无法成功插入，在安装配水层上层结构之前，先安装主水管道。Checkisitpossibl

20、forethefillingsupportinstallation,allcolumnsandgirtsunderthefillinglevelshouldbeconnectedandtightenedwell.3.7.2填料架安装的顺序是由下往上依次安装。Fillingframeinstallationisinsequencefrombottomtotop.3.7.3填料架安装完成后检查螺栓是否有遗漏，如发现现场补装。Checkingtheboltsaremissedornotafterfillframesfixed.Ifmissed,weshouldfigureitoutonsite.3.

21、7.4工作完成后，做到自检，专检合格。Afterthecompletionofthework,doself-checking,specialinspectionofqualified3.8填料的粘接Packingadhesive3.8.1填料粘接为两人一组，用一只专用连接盘。Agroupoftwopeopleuseaspecialconnectingplateadhesivepacking.38.2填料粘接前分好填料的A,B面，准备好应用的胶水，胶水保持在0.2-0.5Cnl合适填料的粘接需要。Beforeadhesivepacking,wecanclearoutthefacesofA,Ban

22、dbereadyforglue.Keepgluemaintainedat0.2-0.5Cmwhatissuitableforfillingbonding.38.3填料粘接应在平整的水泥地面上进行粘接，填料粘接前，组织人清扫填料粘接场地。Packingadhesiveshouldbebondedonflatcementwhichshouldbecleanedbeforebonding.3.8.4填料粘接的面积不小于整张填料片连接点的90%。Fillbondingareamustmorethanthe90%oftheentiresheetpackingconnectionpoint.3. 8.5填

25、-checkworkafterinstallation.3. 10配水管吊装JII页序：Distributionpipeliftingsequence3.10. 1吊装配水管，配水管两端挂系绳，由配水层从框架空隙中拉入。Liftingbranchpipe：waterdistributionpipeendswithhangerspullinfromthedistributionlevelspace.3.11. 2在填料梁上铺支承板，放下配水管。Thesupportplatefixedonthegirtsandputpipesdown.3.12. 3吊装配水管，试吊配水管与水平夹角为30o(小端向

26、上)配水管两端挂系绳，由顶部从收水器梁空隙中吊入。Liftingheaderpipes:theangletothehorizontalare300(smallendisup)andwaterdistributionpipeendswithhangers,putdownfromthedrifteliminatorgirtsspacetotheposition.3.13. 10.4工作完成后做到自检、专检合格。Afterthecompletionofthework,doself-checking,specialinspectionofqualified注意：若无法顺利吊入主管道，按6.4步骤安装。

27、Notice:Followthestepofthe6.4descriptionifit,snotpossibletoliftheaderpipesintothetower.3. 11面板的安装InStaIlationofcasing1. 11.1复测面板支撑件的位置，是否符合面板的安装。Inspectcasinganglesupports,position,whetherit,Ssuitableforthecasinginstallation2. 11.2安装面板前分放面板的型号，做好安装前准备工作。Casingmodelsshouldbeplacedinclassicalbeforeinst

IL3组织人员熟悉面板的安装流程，准备好施工工具，做好人员防护，上岗前培训等有关事宜。Organizethestafftobefamiliarwiththecasinginstallationprocess,prepareconstructiontlsandpersonalprotection,trainingandsoon.4. U.4塔顶两人系两麻绳，下面两人分好面板型号，需现场钻孔，挂钩，提顶两人拉至指定位置,塔面作业平台两人进行固定。Twopeopleonthetoptietheropes.Twoclass

29、ifycasingmodelsandplaceittothedesignatedlocation(spotdrillingandhkbefore1ifting)5. U.5固定方式，根据图纸定，如有特殊情况可以根据现场需要进行固定。Fixedwayisaccordingtothedrawings.Iftherearespecialcircumstanceswecanaccordingtothesiteandfixit.6. IL6面板依次安装，包角处与面板的固定方式根据图纸定。Thecasingandthewrapangleshouldbeinstalledwiththeregularwaya

30、ccordingtothedrawings.7. 11.7面板的搭接处，采用不饱和树脂及玻璃钢化纤布，进行防水处理。Useresinandglassfiberclothforwaterprooftreatmentinthejointofcasing.311.8面板需要留一面待安装，以供填料进入塔内。填料安装完成后，完成最后一面的面板安装Leftonefaceoutofinstallationtotransferthefillingblockin.AfterInstallationoffiIling,finishtheleftparts.3.12检修走道及顶部平台踏板安装Internalwalk

31、wayandfandeckinstallation3. 12.1根据图纸，按要求安装检修走道，必要部分现场切割Accordingthedrawing,Installtheinternalwalkwayandcutitonsiteinneed.3.12. 2安装顶部踏板之前，首先完成踏板支撑的安装，搭建脚手架平台，根据图纸确定支撑的指定位置。Beforeinstallationofthefandeck,Installthesupportofthefandeckfirstwithscaffoldingplatform,checkthepositionaccordingthedrawing.3.13

32、. 3顶部踏板安装后，根据图纸，切割出风口。Afterinstallationofthefandeck,cuttheextrapartsintheairoutletpositionaccordingthedrawing.3. 13填料的安装Installationoffilling3.1.1 将粘接好的填料运到待装前的位置，准备好安装填料所需工具。Thebondedfillingblocksshouldbeloadedtothelocationwhereispreparedfor,fillinginstallationandpreparerequiredtls.3.14. 2通过运料口吊入塔内

33、或传递入塔内。利用塔内横梁搭设传递平台，用麻绳将下方的填料（专递到填料支承梁上。Thefeelingshouldbecraneintothetowerortransferintothetower.Girtsareusedtomakescaffoldplatforma.3.13.3按图纸要求，按规格、数量将填料JIl页序堆放在填料支承梁上。堆放时必须轻拿轻放，堆放排列整齐，间距均匀，紧松适宜，无透无缝隙。Accordingtotherequirements,specifications,quantityofthedrawings,thefillingsequentiallyarestackedo

34、nthefillsupport.Thestaffmustbehandledcarefully,stackedneatlyarranged,spacedevenlywithoutgap3.13.4安装第一层填料时在填料支承梁上铺设人行木板并固定。ThefirstlevelofInstallationmaterialinthepackingsupportgirtsshouldarrangethescaffoldingwork.3.13.5由运料通道处起逐步向其他区域铺设填料，并在已铺设好的填料上铺设人行木板。Thematerialconveyingchannelisgraduallytoother

35、regionallayingfilling,andmakescaffoldingplatformonthefillingblocks.3.13.6传递平台上人员系安全带，挂高处横梁上。Peopleonthetransferplatformshouldequipthesafetybeltandhanghighgirts.3.13.7收水器梁或填料支承梁上系安全生命索，供填料支承架上传递人员挂安全带。Thesupportsofthedrifteliminatorandfillingshouldbetiedthelifelineandpeopleonthefillingsupporthangit.3

36、.13.8安装好的填料故到自检、专检合格。Afterfillinginstallation,self-checkingandspecialinspectionofqualified.3.14配水管喷淋系统的安装DiStribUtiOnsysteminstallation3.14.1每台塔用配水管为碳钢或U-PVC或FRP材质。ThematerialofeachtowerwitheachbranchpipeiscarbonsteelorU-PVCorFRP.3.14.2从框架缝隙将每台塔配水及喷头等材料，堆放在铺好木板的填料上。Thematerialtransportedfromthegapof

37、thestructuresuchaseachtowerbranchpipesandnozzle,andstackthoseinplatformoffilling.3. 15喷淋系统的安装SPrinklersysteminstallation3.1. .1安装喷头联接件，保持水平后紧固。Installnozzleadaptorshouldtightenedandaclinc.3.15. 2在配水管所有开孔接口处都旋上喷头，并拧紧。Inthebranchpipeal1positionofopeninginterfaceshouldinstallandtightenthenozzles.3.16.

38、15.3确保长期使用不脱落，不移位，不倾斜，喷头垂直度偏差小于5度。Toensureitdoesnotfalloff,hasathelong-tenservicelife,doesnoshift,noslanted.NozzleVerticalitydeviationmustlessthan5degrees.3.17. 4安装喷头防松装置，用螺丝连接，紧固。Nozzleadaptorsconnectedbyboltsanddoublenutswithtightening3.18. 5做到自检、专检合格。Doself-checking,specialinspectionofqualified3.

39、 16收水器安装Thedrifteliminatorinstallation3.1.1 根据图纸数量要求，组装收水器块，注意收水筋必须方向一致。堆放时，需少于10块，防止挤压变形。Accord!ngthenumberrequirementofthedrifteliminatorpieces,pre-assembledrifteliminatorblocksandmakesurethebarontheeliminatorpiecesshouldbethesameside.Anditmustbelessthan10blocksduringstackingtokeepoffdamage.3.19.

40、2安放收水器时，需要注意收水筋必须朝下，在遇到立柱斜撑是，现场进行适当的切割。Duringinstallationofthedrifteliminator,keepthebaronthepiecesdornside.Cut&modificationshouldbedoneonsitewhenblockstouchthecolumn&diagonals3.17风机、电机及其支撑的安装Fan,motor&mechanicalsupportInstallation3.17.1设备安装前对减速机、风机、进行开箱检查，清点零配件、附件，核对出厂合格证、说明书等资料。Fanandreducershould

41、beinspected,sparepartsandaccessoriesshouldmakeaninventory,certificateandbrochuresshouldbecheckedbeforeequipmentinstallation.3.17.2检查减速机的基础尺寸，熟悉说明书等安装资料。Checkthebasissizeofreducerandbefamiliarwithmanualinstallationinformation.3.17.3减速机的支座是否平整。按设计图纸查对风机的规格、型式、叶轮的旋转方向，以及配用电机的转速和功率。Checkmechanicalsuppor

43、henhandtosupervisor.317.6再次紧固设备的螺栓，并复查风机的水平度。Onceagaintightentheboltdeviceandreviewtheleveloffan.3.18风筒的安装Fanstackinstallation3.18.1核对风筒分块编号，按照编号在塔下完成风筒组装工作Checkthenumberofthefanstackblocks,Pre-assemblethestackaccordingtothenumberunderthetower.3.18.2采用专用风筒拼装架，拼装风筒人员系安全带。组织施工人员组装风筒，采用专用安装风筒脚手架，每块拼缝用螺

44、栓连接。Usingspecialfanstackassembledrack,equipthesafetybelt.Everyjointboltshouldbeconnectedandtightened.3.18.3吊装风筒Arrangethecranetoliftthefanstackontoinstallationlocation3.18.4校正风筒和叶片间隙，风筒壁和叶片外缘之间间隙应均匀。螺栓必须全部拧紧，无松动现象。Correctionoffanandbladeclearance,thegapbetweenthewallandthetipofthefanbladeshallbeunif

46、s,weadjustthebladeangle,fastenblades,reviewedthebladeangle.1 .19.2通过调整设备调整座，使安装的设备达到设计要求，复调风机的水平、紧固风机及电机螺栓。Adjustingdevicetoadjustthebasesupportandmakethealignment,tighteningboltsoffanandmotor,sothattheinstallationofequipmenttomeetthedesignrequirements.2 .19.3校正风筒和叶片间隙，风筒壁和叶片外缘之间间隙应均匀。螺栓必须全部拧紧，无松动现象
