7、ructionmanagementofDCSenergization,strictlyimplementtechnicalstandard,rationallyarrangeresourcestoimproveefficiency,achieveprocesssafety,qualitycontrol,ensurethetechnicalindicatorsreachtheexcellentstandard,thisplanisformulated.孟加拉KHULNA2OO3OOMW联合循环(双燃料)电站项目的分散控制系统(以下简称DCS)盘柜由美国通用电气公司提供。厂家提供1套DCS系统(含

8、1台余热锅炉、1台汽机发电机组及配套辅助系统。DCS系统包括监视和数据记录、模拟量调节控制、机组自动启/停及重要辅机的顺序控制、机组联锁保护等功能。整个联合循环机组的控制系统采用一套基于以先进的微处理器为基础的分散控制系统(DCS),运行人员在集中控制室通过DCS的人机接口可实现对整套联合循环机组的监控。依据一键操作原则，可使联合循环机组自动地启动、停机和从紧急事故到再启动。运行人员能够在集中控制室内按照DCS的LED显示的操作指导，完成燃气轮机(GT)、余热锅炉(HRSG)、汽轮机(ST)、发电机(GTG)、辅助设备和有关电气系统的启动、停止、正常运行和异常工况处理。联合循环机组一旦发生重要

9、事故，机组保护可确保人员、设备和环境的安全。全厂控制系统设计应由燃气轮机、汽轮机、发电机和余热锅炉的独立保护系统引入的各跳闸保护动作。Thepanelsforthedistributedcontrolsystem(hereinafterreferredtoasDCS)oftheBangladeshKHULNA200-300MWcombinedcycle(dualfuel)powerstationprojectareprovidedbyGeneralElectricCompanyoftheUnitedStates.Themanufacturerprovides1setofDCSsystem(in

10、cluding1wasteheatboiler,1steamturbinegeneratorsetandsupportingauxiliarysystem.TheDCSsystemincludesmonitoringanddatarecording,analogquantityadjustmentcontrol,automaticstart/stopoftheunitandsequencecontrolofimportantauxiliaryequipment,andtheunitInterlockingprotectionandotherfunctions.Thecontrolsystemo

11、ftheentirecombinedcycleunitadoptsasetofdistributedcontrolsystem(DCS)basedonadvancedmicroprocessors,andtheoperatorcanrealizethewholesetofjointsthroughthehuman-machineinterfaceoftheDCSinthecentralizedcontrolroom.Monitoringofcycleunits.Accordingtotheprincipleofone-keyoperation,thecombinedcycleunitcanbe

12、automaticallystarted,stoppedandrestartedfromemergencytorestart.Operatorscancompletethegasturbine(GT)inthecentralizedcontrolroomaccordingtotheoperationguidanceoftheDCSLEDdisplay,WasteHeatBoiler(HRSG),SteamTurbine(ST),Generator(GTG),auxiliaryequipmentandrelatedelectricalsystemstart,stop,normaloperatio

13、nandhandlingofabnormalconditions.Onceamajoraccidentoccursinacombinedcycleunit,unitprotectioncanensurepersonnel,Equipmentandenvironmentalsafety.Thedesignoftheplant-widecontrolsystemshallbedesignedwithvarioustripprotectionactionsintroducedbytheindependentprotectionsystemsofgasturbines,steamturbines,ge

32、erandthedrawingsofthedesigninstitutetoensureaccuracy.2 .对DCS硬件进行外观检查，确认其硬件完好无损。检查所有接、插件的连接，确保连接正确、可靠。PerformanappearancecheckontheDCShardwaretoverifythatthehardwareisintact.Checkallplugins,connect,ensuretheconnectioniscorrectandreliable.3 .电子设备间及控制室各盘柜、设备的DCS电源系统接线完，电气倒送电部分电缆屏蔽接地良好。TheDCSpowersupply

33、systemoftheelectronicequipmentroomandcontrolroomeachcabinetandequipmentisfinished,andtheelectricpowersupplypartofthecableshieldiswellgrounded.4 .对DCS内部、外部接线进行检查，保证接线正确率100%。盘内查线：对照设计原理图、单元接线图、厂家盘内安装接线图、端子排出线图等对系统接线进行逐根逐项检查其编号、接线位置及接线牢固性、正确性，并做好记录。外部查线：以端子排出线图为依据用万用表和对讲机检查盘内端子排和外接设备之间的电缆接线，为避免盘内配线或外接
