25、到位。Allmaterialsconformtodesignstandards,andprotectionworkformaterialiscomplete.3.支吊架制作及安装3.Hangerandsupportfabricationandinstallation1.支架立柱采用膨胀螺栓或焊接方式安装在混凝土结构、金属结构上。1. Thesupportcolumnismountedonconcretestructureandmetalstructurebyusingexpansionboltsorweldingmethod.2.各支吊架的同层横档要在同一水平线上，爬坡的支吊架与设计要求一致。

28、平、竖直。2.Angleshouldbeconsistent,assembledhorizontallyandvertically.4.电缆桥架安装4.Cabletrayinstallation1.依据电缆电缆桥架走向图，认真核查机务及建筑图纸，确定电缆桥架的走向；避免与机务设备及保温层相互碰撞。1 .Accordingtocabletrayroutingdiagram,carefullycheckthemechanicalandcivildrawings,determinetheroutingofcabletray,andavoidcollisionwiththemechanicalequi

29、pmentandinsulationlayer.2 .安装电缆桥架,两段梯架连接时螺母要在外侧；调整梯架的高度和各层的水平度，符合要求后加以固定。3 .Installationofcabletray,twosectionsoftheladdertraytobeconnectedwiththenutoutside,adjusttheheightoftheladderandthelevelofeachlayer,meettherequirementsandthenfixit.4 .电缆托架安装后，应有两个明显的接地点。3 .Aftertheinstallationofcabletray,there

30、shouldbetwoobviousgroundingpoints.4 .桥架每隔10-15米接地一次，并应留有伸缩缝，伸缩缝处采用dmm?以上铜接地线跨接。5 .Cabletrayevery1015metergroundingonce,andshouldbeleftwithexpansionjoints,expansionjointsusing4mm2abovethecoppergroundingwirebridging.6 .每层桥架安装完成后，应有明确的桥架标识(电源层、控制层、仪表层)7 .Aftertheinstallationofcabletray,eachcabletraysho

34、darticleno.检验项目Inspectionitems执行情况Execution相关资料1电缆与热力管道、热力设备之间的净距，平行时不应小于1m,交叉时不应小于0.5m,当受条件限制时，应采取隔热保护措施。电缆通道应避开锅炉的看火孔和制粉系统的防爆门；当受条件限制时,应采取穿管或封闭槽盒等隔热防火措施。电缆不宜平行敷设于热力设备和热力管道的上部。Thenetdistancebetweenthecableandthehighpressurepipe,thethermalequipmentshouldnotbelessthanImwhenitisparallel,andshouldnotbe

36、elaidparalleltotheupperpartofthethermodynamicequipmentandhighpressurepipe.(DLT5210.4-2009)严禁将电缆平行敷设于管道的上方或下方。特殊情况应按下列规定执行：电缆与热管道(沟)、油管道(沟)、可燃气体及易燃液体管道(沟)、热力设备或其他管道(沟)之间，虽净距能满足要求,但检修管路可能伤及电缆时，在交叉点前后Im范围内，尚应采取保护措施；当交叉净距不能满足要求时，应将电缆穿入管中，其净距可减为0.25m。Thecableisstrictlyprohibitedtobelaidparalleltothetopor
