17、的关键因素,而社会对电信网络的需求也在日益增加。每一秒都有大量的数据在网络上传输,因此确保这些网络在任何时刻都能够传输数据就显得尤其重要。电信网络规划和设计问题首先需要确定一组用于覆盖目标区域的潜在站点,然后我们还应该选择这些网络应该配置的设备,并通过传输网将它们连接起来。数十年来,许多研究者都致力于解决这个问题,以使网络建设成本最小化。已经有许多研究者对该问题的从各个方面进行过研究,但是却没有从整体方面考虑该问题。目前一些研究正是基于移动网络的规划和设计展开的。研究者所研究的大部分是第三代网络,他们提出了一种规划模型,以便于更好的解决该问题,而没有将该问题分解为子问题进行更深入的研究。而且,
18、他们没有考虑到网络的容错能力。本文提出了第四代通信网络下的规划和设计方法。网络规划是1.TE无线网络建设中的关键的步骤。规划的作用就是确定将要使用的最佳软件和硬件配置方案,并根据规划方案确定技术和经济目标。另一方面,设计中会要使用地理、市场和技术方面的相关信息,还有现有网络提供的参数。由于通讯需求的增加,使1.TE网络的设计成为一项持续的任务。由于要考虑大量数据和看似独立的工程问题之间的重叠关系,使得这个任务非常复杂。网络环境的动态性使建立和评价性能的标准变得非常困难。比如,当系统出现流量的变化、推出新的服务和技术以及价格变化,环境就会随之发生变化。这些变化会对网络性能产生影响,因此网络的质量
19、应该根据环境的变化来评价,得到以最小成本应对变化或者演进的方案(2G向3G和1.TE演进),然后用网络的稳定性和可升级的理念作为设计的关键标准。在本文中,流量作为1.TE蜂窝网络演进的主要因素。因此该研究是根据流量变化的不同程度,在流量变化对网络的影响上进行网络设计的:整流电路服务和包交换服务。这项工作的贡献涉及两个要点:规划和设计。在规划层面,进行了链路预算,然后做了规划处理。为验证从链路预算中得到的结果,我们采用网络规划的模拟仿真步骤,最后得到建设在这一地区的目标站点数量。本文无线网络规划中的重要工作是在拉萨地区通过NeST1.TE仿真软件进行实际规划和设计。关键词:1.TE,无线网络,规
