Installation安装5.1 Installationpreparations安装准备5.1.1 Scheduling时序安排 Theinstallationoftheelectricaltraceheatingmustbetemporallycoordinatedwithotherinstallationworks.Thisparticularlyreferstoworkscarriedoutatthevesselsandsurfacestobeheated,theelectricalinstallationandheatinsulation.电伴热的安装

2、工作要同其他工作协调进行。主要指筒体和需电伴热的表面的安装工作，电气安装和加热伴热装置。 Allinstallationworksatthevesselsandsurfacesmusthavebeencompleted.筒体和伴热表面的所有安装工作应已经完成。 Pressuretestsaswellasmaterialtestsofthepipingsystemshouldhavebeenterminatedpriortoinstallingtheelectricaltraceheating.在电伴热安装前，请先进行管路系统的压力测试和材料检3佥。5.1.2 Inspectionspriort

3、oinstallation安装前检验 Checkwhetherallmaterialrequiredfortheinstallationoftheelectricaltraceheatingisavailableattheconstructionsiteandfreeofdamage.检查电伴热安装所需的所有材料是否都已经到现场，并且没有损坏。 Aboveallzcheckwhethertheidentificationoftheheatingcableandthecomponentscomplieswiththeconfigurationdocuments(materiallist)andt

4、ypeexaminationcertificates.重要的是，检查加热电缆的规格和其他零件是否符合相关文件要求和是否同检验证书相符合。 Checkonthebasisoftheproduct-accompanyinginstallationinstructionswhetherallrequiredtoolsarecompletelyavailable.根据随产品所附的安装说明书要求，检查是否所有安装所需的工具均已齐全。 Plantheroutingoftheheatingcablebyinspectingthevessel/surfacetobeheated.设计加热电缆在筒体/伴热表面的

5、布线方法。 Withinthiscontext,payattentiontosharpedgesandunevensurfaceswhichmaydamagetheheatingcableandremovethem.检查伴热表面是否有锐利边或不平整，并去除，以免划破电缆。 Varnishedandpaintedvesselsandsurfacesmustbecompletelydrybeforestartinginstallationworks.在电伴热安装之前，上过漆的表面必须完全干燥后再进行。 Verifywhethertheactualsurfacetobeheatedcompliesw

6、iththecalculatedsurface.核对实际所需伴热表面是否同原计算的表面一样。 Priortoroutingtheheatingcable,verifywhetherthevessel/surfacedimensionscomplywiththedimensionsusedfordesigndimensioning.Onlycuttheheatingcabletolengthafterithasbeenroutedandfixedinaccordancewiththedesigndimensioning.在布线前，核对筒体/表面的实际尺寸是否与原设计的尺寸一致。然后按照设计尺寸要

7、求在布好线，固定好后再把电缆安装到设备表面。5.2 Installationoftheheatingcable加热电缆安装方法5.2.1 Routingoftheheatingcable-installationofthefixingaccessories加热电缆布线-(钩钉焊接安装) Approx.5fixingpinspersquaremetermustbeattachedtothesurfacetobeheatedbymeansofspotwelding.每平方米伴热表面需要点焊大约5个固定钉。 Thepointsfortheweldingspotsonthesurfacetobehea

8、tedmustbecleanedbymeansofananglegrinderorasimilardevice(sketch1).伴热面上的需要点焊的地方必须先用一角形磨刀或其他类似工具清理干净(见示意图1) Then,thefixingpinsareweldedtothesurfacebymeansofspotwelding(sketch2).然后，将固定钉点焊到伴热面上。5.2.2 Installationoftheheatingcable加热电缆安装方法 Tounrolltheheatingcable,useastablefixturefortheheatingcablereel.展开加

9、热电缆，电缆轴要用一稳定的固定装置。 Evenlywindtheheatingcableoffthereel(sketch5).Avoidextensivepullingaswellasbendingandcrimpingoftheheatingcable.均匀的展开加热电缆。展开过程中注意不要用力拉扯,不要弯卷,卷边。 Whenrollingtheheatingcableoffthereel,observethatthecabledoesnotrunovercornersorsharpedges.在展开过程中要特别注意，不要让电缆经过转角和接触较锐利的边角。 Donotsteponthehe

10、atingcable!Donotusetheheatingconductorasasteppingloop!Donotdriveovertheheatingcablewithavehicleandkeepotherpeoplefromdrivingoverthecable.注意不要踩塌电缆！不要将热导体作为每圈的分段。不要让卡车轧过电缆！Startingattheterminalboxztheheatingcableisroutedoverthesurfacetobeheatedinloopsand从接线盒开始，加热电缆开始在加热表面上布线，并且fixedbymeansoftheEMKorEK

11、Lspacingstripattachedbeforehand(sketch5)Priortoroutingtheheatingcable,thespacingstripsarefixedtothesurfacetobeheatedbymeansoffixingpinsandlockingwashersattachedbeforehandorbymeansofwelding.Forthispurpose,thesurfaceispunctuallycleanedinaccordancewiththepartitioningtopreparethefixingPinsweldingbymeans

12、oftheweldclamp(referto5.2.1;5.2.2).在加热电缆布线之前,先将固定钉焊接的方式固定在伴热表面上。当然，需要焊接固定钉的表面也已经按照要求清洁完毕(参见5.2.1和5.2.2) Whenroutingtheheatingcable,alwaysobservetheminimallypermissiblebendingradius!(5xexternaldiameterforEKLandEMK).在布线过程中，要时刻留意下允许的最小弯曲半径(EKL和EMK外径的5倍)Example:例如EDheatingcable=3mm加热电缆外径=3mmCablespacing

13、=FactorbendingradiusXexternaldiameterheatingcable电缆间距二弯曲半径系数X加热电缆外径Cablespacing=5x6mm=30mm电缆间距=5X6=3OmmWhenroutingtheheatingcable,observethattheheatingcablecanbere-routedwithoutanyjunctions.Couldleadmustbeoutofinsulation.在布置电缆时，注意不能有电焊作业。不能有电伴热之间的交叉重叠,电伴热冷端焊接头须露出保温材料否则要重新布置。Whenrouting,considerallfi

14、xturesandextensionsofvesselsandsurfaces.布线过程中，要注意伴热面的固定装置和加强筋。BothwiththeEKLaswellaswiththeEMKztheheatingcableterminationsconsistOftransitionsleevesandaconnectedcoldcable.Forelectricalconnection,theendsofthecoldcablesareinsertedintheterminalboxandconnectedinaccordancewiththeterminalplan.无论是EKL或者是EMK

15、,加热电缆端应包括有过渡套管和一连接用冷电缆。对于电气连接，冷电缆端部要插入接线盒中，与相应的端子板连接。5.3 Installationofaccessories辅件安装方法5.3.1 BARTECsystemaccessoriesBARTEC系统辅件Besidetheheatingcable,thefollowingsystemaccessoriesareusuallyrequiredforthecompleteinstallationofaheatingcircuit:对于安装加热电缆时，通常需要以下系统辅件： Heatingcableconnectionsystem加热电缆接线系统Co

16、ldleads冷引线 Fixingaccessoriesfortheheatingcable加热电缆固定用辅件Heat-insulationducts绝缘管Furthersystemaccessoriesmaybeadditionallyrequired:另外，以下为可能额外需要的系统辅件： Heatingcableconnection加热电缆接线 Terminalbox/connectionbox端子盒/接线盒 Mountingbracketandmountingplateforterminalorconnectionbox端子盒或者接线盒安装支架和安装平台5.3.2 Furtherinst

17、allationinstructions其他安装说明 PriortoinstallingthepowersupplyIineszinstalltheheatingcableconnections.加热电缆接线要在安装电源线前安装Installterminalboxesinafreelyaccessibleway.接线盒要安装在可以任意到达的地方。 Whenpositioningtheterminalboxes,makesurethattheboxentrieswithcableandheatingcablescrewconnectionsdonotpointupwards.在布置接线盒时，要注

18、意接线盒电缆和加热电缆螺丝接头不要朝上。 Wheninstallingconnections,ensuretheexistingcablepathscanbefurtherused.在安装接头时，要注意保证以有的电缆线路仍能使用。 Duringinstallation,keeptheterminalboxesclosedaslongaspossibletoprovideprotectionagainstdirtandhumidity.在安装过程中，要尽可能长时间的保证端子箱封闭，以防污物进入和防潮。 Checkforaproperestablishmentoftheterminationsys

19、temandthecorrectfunctioningoftheheatingcircuitbymeasuringtheinsulationandtheloopresistance(Chapter9).检查端子系统和加热电路是否正确安装，主要检查其绝缘性能和电阻Aftertheinstallationofboxes,check:在各盒子安装完毕后，检查以下内容：whethersuitableandapprovedscrewconnectionsandfillerplugshavebeenusedandwhethertheyhavebeenproperlyinstalled.是否选择了正确的螺丝

20、接头和插头，其是否正确安装foratightfitofscrewconnectionsandfillerplugs.螺丝接头和插头安装松紧度是否适当foratightfitoftheboxatthemountingbracket.盒子安装在支架上松紧度是否恰当Ensurewhethertherequirementsstipulatedinthetypeexaminationcertificateshavebeenmet.检查是否达到检验证书所要求标准5.4 Acceptanceandinspection验收和检验注意：一定要在加热电路检验合格之后再配置伴热系统。Inspectionproces

21、s检验工艺Priortothecorrectroutingoftheheatingcable,particularlyobservethat在布置加热电缆之前，需特别留意以下：theheatingcablefitstightlywiththevessel/surface加热电缆要适当固定在伴热表面上theheatingcabledoesnotshowanycontactpointsOrjunctions加热电缆无交叉点和漏出点theheatingcabledoesnotshowanydamage加热电缆无任何损伤Checkforaproperinstallationofterminals,co

22、nnectionsandterminalboxesaswellastemperaturecontrollersandsensors(visualcheck).检查端子、接头和端子箱以及温度控制器和传感器是否正确安装(目测)Checkforaproperinstallationofthelimitersensor(mandatoryforheatingcircuitsinhazardousareas),aswellasforthelimitersetting.检查限位传感器(危险区域的加热电路必须安装)和限位装置是否正确安装Withstabilizeddesign,verifytheconditionsstipulatedintheprojectdocumentationforcompliance.确认本电路设计和适用情形符合本项目相关规范要求。
