3、geofthefifthboardofdirectorsofMCSC.Thankstothetrustandsupportofourmembers,IamveryhonoredtobeelectedasthenewchairmanofMCSC.Here,onbehalfofMCSC11wouldliketoexpressmyhighrespectandheartfeltgratitudetothepreviouschairman,Mr.ZhaoJiping,andeverymemberofthepreviousboardofdirectorsfortheirexhaustiveeffortsi
4、nsafeguardingtherightsandinterestsoflyricistsandcomposers,andfortheirtirelesseffortsfortheprogressanddevelopmentofMCSC.MCSCwillalwaysremembertheirselflessdedication!Intheyearofits30th,MCSC,slicensingworkhaswithstoodunprecedentedseveretests.Asthepandemicfluctuatedgreatly,variousindustrieswereplagued,
5、andalargenumberofenterprisesevenwentoutofbusinessandshutdown.ThenumberofvisitorstothemeparkindustrywhichoccupiedahighproportionofMCSCcontractedlicenseesfelloffacliff;theperformanceindustryasawholehasbeenhardesthitbythepandemic;theliveshowcametoanearcompletestandstill.Undersuchdifficultcircumstances,
6、MCSCactivelyadjustedandimplementedcorrespondingstrategies,andfinallysucceededinstabilizingtheoverallsituationofthelicensingwork,andthedistributionworkwasalsocompletedinanorderlyandsmoothway.TheamountofmusiccopyrightroyaltiescollectedbyMCSCin2022reachedRMB417millionyuan,withaslightdecreaseat5.6%mpare
7、dwiththepreviousyear.Meanwhile,MCSCmade13timescopyrightroyaltydistributionstocopyrightownersofmusicalworksin2022,andtheroyaltiesdistributedtodomesticandforeignmusiccopyrightownersrealizingRMB428million(includingthedeferreddistributionroyaltyofpreviousyears),withanannualadministrativeexpenserateof15.
8、7%.Bytheendof2022,MCSCstotalrevenuefromcopyrightroyaltiesovertheyearshadreachedRMB3.45billion.MCSChasalwaysadheredtotheworkingconceptofservingmusiccopyrightowners,servingthemusicindustryandservingthecountry.In2022,thetotalnumberofMCSCmembersmaintainedsteadygrowth,reaching12,079bytheendof2022,andther
9、epresentationofrightswasfurtherenhanced.Atthesametime,MCSCmadeeffortstoovercometheimpactofthepandemic,andthescaleoflicensesforthemeparkswasfurtherexpanded,andthelicensesforthecateringindustryrosesteadily.Duringthesameyear,MCSCprovidedcopyrightsupportforthe2022OlympicandParalympicWinterGames,theplatf
10、ormofXuexiQiangguo,andtheFifthChinaInternationalImportExpo,etc.;inaddition,weundertooktheresearchprojectonPreventionandControlofCopyrightRisksofMusicGoingOverseasdelegatedbythePublicityDepartmentoftheCPCCentralCommittee,andtheresearchreportwascompletedandsubmittedontime;wereceivedacommendationfromth
