3、nactivitiesrequiredtovalidatethesupply,manufactureandtestofanIndustrialGasTurbineforgeneraluse.2.0SCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofanIndustrialGasTurbinefromtheexaminationofcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalin4、spection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.Al

4、thoughthemethodologyincompilingthisinstructionistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheconstructionofatypicalGasTurbine.ExperiencedJnspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortou5、tilisetheinstructionforaone-off,Oralternativedesignofturbine.Thedesignhavingbeenapprov

5、edbytheclient.AnySuchvariationsshouldbenotedontheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURES.1GENERALThisinstructiontogetherwiththeassociatedchecksheetmaybeusedonanycontractororder.ltis6、intendedtoactasaguidetotheinspectorinthecourseoftheinspectionprogramme.Anypartofthedocumentmaybeinvokedandthesectionstobeuseda

7、ply.lfanyconflictorcontradictionsshouldbeapparentinanyoftheabovethenthemoreOnerousrequir8、ementwillapplyunlessthepurchaserorclientdirectsotherwiseinwriting.Thisinstructionisapplicableprimarilytoopencyclecombustiongasturbineunitsformechanicaldriveoperationsanddoesnotapplytothehotgasgeneratorsetsinind
