3、factureandtestofbatterychargers.2.OSCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofbatterychargersfromtheexaminationofcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.Althoughthemethodol4、 ogyincompilingthisinstructionistosystematicallyprogr

4、essthroughtheconstruction,eperiencedinspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstructionforaoneoff,oralternativedesign,thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbythecl5、 ient.Anysuchvariationsshouldbenotedintheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURES.IGENERALThisinstruc
